Sining is a Sustainability Specialist with Equilibrium. She is experienced in Sustainability Reporting in accordance with various reporting standards and guidelines, sustainability strategy and framework development, scopes 1, 2 and 3 GHG inventory development, and GHG audit. In addition, her prior experience in internal audit allows her to be perceptive of business operations and risks as well as audit processes. She has managed many projects and clients from a wide variety of industries. Sining holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Singapore Management University

Elizabeth is a Sustainability Specialist with Equilibrium. Prior to joining Equilibrium, Elizabeth was responsible for sustainability reporting, sustainability data tracking and calculations, as well as other sustainability-related projects at Wolfspeed, a semiconductor manufacturing company. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Yale University and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Duke University.

Candice is a subject matter expert on sustainability in the building environment with 15 years’ experience. She works closely with clients to drive sustainability performance, develop strategic programs, verify performance through third-party certifications, and inventory Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions. Candice holds a M.S. Building Construction and Facility Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Joey is a mission-driven, sustainable business professional with experience ranging from large-cap corporations to nonprofits. He supports the Climate Strategy team by helping clients create sustainability programs that drive social and financial performance. Previous titles held include business strategy consultant and financial analyst at Western Digital. Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ohio State University and a M.S. degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver.
